Hello Dear:
Would you please advise, how can I link the %complete to
the duration. I think this si the way to track my buffer
usage. Let me explian what I am looking for. My
duration for each project is the estimate with build in
buffer to secure my project timeline. What I am looking
for is when I update the progress I should be able to see
how much buffer to date I have or have not used.
Any set up or solution is appreciated
