Timeline: Move Timescale to Top of Timeline

Does anyone know how to move the timescale to the top of the timeline?

It appears on the bottom, by default; and the location doesn't seem easily
changed. Mabye somewhere in the shape sheet?

You should be able to do it by flipping it vertically. Select the timeline
and go to Shape>Rotate or Flip>Flip Vertical.
