Timeline on Gantt Chart - starting two weeks too soon

My timeline on the Gantt chart is beginning with two weeks prior to the first
date of activity - i.e. two blank columns/weeks show on the timeline. The
start and finish dates are showing correctly in all the fields I can find to
change them so that does not seem to be the problem. Any ideas, anyone?

Hi Cloudburst99

check project / project information and ensure that your start date lines up
with the start date of your first task ...

if that's not the problem, try file / print and check that ALL is selected
and not specific dates.
