Timephased BCWP with Physical% Complete EVM

I am using Physical % Complete as the earned value calculation method. We do not take EV for a task past the 50% complete point until the task is 100% complete and use ProjectServer to import actuals so I cannot use %complete. Project appears to calculate BCWP correctly in the earned value table. The timephased BCWP is not correct, however (when I change the method back to % complete, the timephased BCWP correct). From what I can tell, physical %complete is not stored as a timephased value. In order to chart EV/AC/PV s-curves and SPI/CPI charts I need the timephased BCWP. Has anyone else run into this and/or have suggestions on how I can get this to work?
