Times New Roman problem Word 2003...

I recently changed from 32 bit to 64 bit Win 7 (fresh install) & reinstalled my Office 2003 CD. Since then, the quote marks & apostrophes are the straight up-and-down ones, not the curvy ones where the quotes are mirror images of each other. I have no idea why this is & I really want the curvy ones.Any ideas on why this changed & how to fix it? Thanks!
