Is there a way to make the timescale appear at the bottom of a Ghannt chart
printout and at the top?

Ryan,
Sorry, you got me on this one. Project does not offer the option to have
the timsecale labels on the top and bottom. But . . . if you really
want to be industrious, you could replicate the Gantt display in a more
graphics intensive application and have the timescale appear wherever
you want.
