timescaled data into excel

I using the analysis toolbar to export timescaled data into excel. All
fields that have data show a chart when I export except the percent complete
field. The data, in excel, shows as zero for almost all of the columns in
the excel datasheet. This cannot be the case as most of the tasks are
complete. If anything, the straight line that I see in the chart should be
at the 100% mark, not zero. What is happening?
