timesheet and importing task

I have two users who are unable to import 2 client tasks into their plan.
We'd tried the usual suspects, resource name/build from enterprise, timeframe
within configuration, and republish. All of which is resulted in still
unable to see these tasks in their timesheet.

Any other ideas?

Thanks MK

Is this in PS 2007 and is this the Task statusing or the Timesheets you are
referring to or both?

Hi,

We are MS EPM 2007 users and have many over 85 plans/timesheets in use.

These two users MS Project 2007, have submitted time against task and the project plan owners has accepted those submissions back into his plan. When they go to their timesheet though, the tasks are not showing up for them in either an input or manual.

Ideas as to why?

Thanks MK

Are you certain that these are normal tasks and not summary tasks? Have you
tried setting publish to no and then publish the plan, and then set publish
to yes and publish again?
