timesheet and reallocate resouces to the task....

Hi,
Is possible to reallocate the resources on the 2007 infrastructure in
PWA???
Let me do an example:
On production, maybe that for some managing reasons, someone will do
the task of someone else and vice versa...
How can I track this situation on the timesheet??
On PWA -> My Timesheet, there is the opportunity to insert new lines
for example to allocate time on future tasks, or past task not already
finished...
But what about the tasks of someone else???
Before the resource manager have to reallocate the resources???
But generally is not a reallocation, is just a production need...
Think about at sick time... is someone is sick, to not stop the
planning, will be better to use someone else, but I’d like to not
reallocate the resources in Project Professional... Is possible in
PWA???

I think assigning a task to a Team Resource would work in this case?

Team Resources enables work to be assigned to an entire team rather than an
individual resource. Any member of the team can accept the assignment and
report time against it. A Team Resource displays availability based on the
team’s aggregate capacity.

jumping in here...if you edit a current resource, you'll notice at the bottom
of the resource page that there is a check box...Team Assignment Pool...check
that box.
