As a task hours approver, I see an inconsistency between what I approve and
what goes into the workplan. A resource will put their hours to say 4 tasks
for a total of 40 hours. All 4 tasks will come to me for approval, but 1 of
them won't appear to have any changes. The total hours I am accepting is 35,
and the 4th task has the remaining 5 hours. But if I accept all of the
tasks, all 40 hours are put into the workplan. So the resource puts in 40,
I see and approve 35, but 40 go into the workplan. Has anyone seen
something like this before? I was told it might be something with the MDAC,
but we are running on v 2.8 which is what I was told we should have. Any
clues?
