Timesheet Approval

Hello, I am having trouble with the timesheet approval process. Most
resources have a timesheet manager setup in User Management. The
Timehsst mangers are in the Resource Managers Group. I only need for
the timesheets to be reviewed by just the timesheet manager, no
further approval is necessary.

The problem is that when I go to approve a timeshst for my resource, i
am prompted to choose the next approver. My timesheet manger is the
owner of the comapany, and he only needs to see my timesheet, not all
of my resources.

How do I stop project server from wanting me to enter the next
approver.

Fixed Approval routing is not checked in Timesheet settings.

You will need to set yourself as your own the timesheet approver. This
means your timesheets will be auto approved, unless you change your
timesheet approver to your boss at the time you submit your own timesheet.

ie with perhaps fixed approval being checked and any adjustments to
sercurity permissions or the addition of one?

Jon, sorry for the double post. I think I was confused. What you are
say is set myself to be auto apprved, uncheck Fixed ROuting so that
when I submit my timeseet I choose my boss at the top.

I will give this a try,

Yes, you are correct, that is what I was saying. Its not ideal but it might
get you what you need.
