Is there a way to allow more charters in this field?

I have users that are trying to copy and paste into it and can't because of
the char limitations.

Nate,
If by the "timesheet comment" field you mean one of the spare text
fields on either of the Usage views, then no, the only field that will
allow a large quantity of text is the Notes field. All other text based
fields are limited to 256 characters.

If the timesheet comment field is associated with Project Server, then
you could try posting to our sister newsgroup,
microsoft.public.project.server.
