Timesheet Comments

In Project server 2003 - How is the approver able to see comments that are
entered by a person booking time on their timesheet?

Also, how does a user see when time is rejected?

Hi Cathleen,

When you say time rejected, I assume that the task update is rejected. If
this is the case, the user will see a big black icon in the task update
screen and will receive an email telling him that a task has been rejected.

I believe that the Notes icon is displayed beside the task when approving
the timesheet. If this is the case the user should be able to click on the
comment and an extra dialog window opens with the comment. You will have to
double check, since I am not 100% sure if the notes icon appears in the
timsheet approval screen. (soory long time ago since I worked with 03).
