Timesheet creation fails

When I try to create a new timesheet, I get the following error message.
"The timesheet creation failed because of problems with the project server
or with data validations, such as resources not being valid work resources or
users"

Any solution?

Your MPS database isn't correctly upgraded to SP2

• Backup Project workspaces
o U:\>stsadm -o export -url http://projectserver/PWA -filename
c:\projectserver.cab -cabsize 400 -includeusersecurity
• In SSP administration delete PWA instance
• In SSP administration create PWA instance
• Restore Project Workspaces
o U:\>stsadm -o import -url http://projectserver/projectserver -filename
c:\projectserver.cab -updateversions 3 -includeusersecurity
