Timesheet Creation using PSI

We are creating an application for timesheet creation/submission on Project
Server 2007. We are creating this as a consol application where application
will get the credential from user’s system. I am facing the following issues
in that …

1: When a user is having full permission in that case timesheet get created
fine.

2: If I am creating these timesheets with the credential of Admin that time
it became the surrogate timesheet. Which we don’t want as we can’t do any
operation on that.

Issue is i want to create the Individual timesheets with the logged user’s
credential, using PWA user can create the timesheet but same credential it is
not possible with the help of PSI (programmatically) ?
