Timesheet display does not show summary tasks

I have a resource who's timesheet does not display his summary tasks.
I have checked his IE settings and his user settings and everything is
good. He has removed and downloaded the ActiveX controls also. I had
him log onto my laptop and sign into PWA, his timesheet still did not
display his summary tasks. Is there a setting that needs to be reset
for him? His timesheet was displaying correctly. No updates have been
pushed to him or any of the project server users.

This may be a silly question... but is the "Show Summary Tasks " box checked
under View Options on the Tasks Page? Not sure if you are using 2003 or 2007
but if that isn't checked in 2003, the resource will not see summary tasks.

In Project Server 2007, neither the My Timesheet page nor the My Tasks page
show summary tasks. Hope this helps.

In Project Server 2007, neither the My Timesheet page nor the My Tasks page
show summary tasks.  Hope this helps.

Sorry I have not used the correct words. The tasks are not apprearing
at all in the timesheet when he clicks 'click to create' timesheet
from My Timsheets. He gets a blank page.

Is the page entirely blank, or does he see a My Timesheet page that simply
shows no tasks? Concerning the tasks, are any of them scheduled during the
time period for the Timesheet he/she created? Let us know and we will try
to help.

Hi Dale,
He has tasks assigned during the timesheet period including periods
before and after. His screen has the header information but his grid
lines are not there with no information is displaying. Not evern his
admin time appears, admin time usually displays below the project
tasks and is separted by a bold line.

This sounds like a technical issue rather than an end user error issue.
