Timesheet does not display tasks

I have a resource who's timesheet does not display his tasks when he
clicks 'create timesheet'. The header data appears but no proejct
tasks or admin task display. I have checked his IE settings and his
user settings and everything is good. He has removed and downloaded
the ActiveX controls also. I had him log onto my laptop and sign into
PWA, his timesheet still did not display his tasks. Is there a setting
that needs to be reset for him? His timesheet was displaying
correctly. No updates have been pushed out. (he does have tasks
assigned during the timesheet period)

just curious...how about in my task page? is there tasks in his/her my task
page?

Which pre-population option did he use to create the timesheet? The default? Also, verify that the default pre-population option is still valid: Open PWA -> Server Settings -> Timesheet Settings and Defaults -> 'Default Timesheet Creation Mode' Make sure this has been set to 'Current task assignments'. The default in PWA is set to current tasks for Timesheet Settings and
Defaults. I have almost 200 team members entering time, he is the only
one experiencing this problem.

I can't say for sure what is going on here, but something you might try is
to remove the user from all of the security groups and save the changes.
Then add them back to the security groups and save the changes. See if this
helps. It can't hurt.

Nope removing him from the security group did not help. This issue is
isoloated to just him.

Yes he see's his tasks on My Tasks but they are not on his timesheet.
