Timesheet EMail Notifications Project Web Access

Hi,

Currently Project Manager not receiving email notifications from team
members timesheet entry. Question: Where is this email notification feature
turned on? Is it in the Admin>>Customize Project Web Access >> Notifications
and Reminders
