Timesheet Functionality Details in PS2007?

I am evaluating a Project Server 2007 implementation for my organisation for
which the time recording functionality is key, but I am struggling to find a
detailed listing / explanation of the functionality (with screenshots, etc.)
on the help pages.

So far I have looked at:
- the product guide, which has one screenshot of a time sheet
- the feature version comparison, which lists some of the key features

Unfortunately neither of these give the in-depth feature / functionality
list of time recording I was looking for (including description of approval
workflow, etc.)

Can anyone suggest if there is anything more comprehensive anywhere?
