Timesheet Hours Disappearing??

I have this condition also and am trying to reproduce the error using the
"probable" cause above but cannot. I am very interested in reproducing this
so I can tell the PM's the correct process to use when
accepting/publishing/collaborating their plans after hours are submitted in
timesheets.

Are there other conditions that need to occur to reproduce the lost hours?
