Timesheet hours will not total

Frid. 10:00 AM 3:30 PM

The 'total hours' column will only add the first two numbers correctl
totalling 15 hours, but will not total the other hours in. Why, an
what am I doing wrong

format your target cell for total houers with the custom format
[hh]:mm
to prevent the rollover after 24 hours
