Timesheet integration

Hi experts,

We have a ticketting system called Remedy where all our users report
their timesheets. I now need to syncronize these timesheets with my
Project Server plans. In other words, I need to use another timesheet
system which will sync the imputed hours in the remedy system with
their respective project plans.
How do I go about this?
Will I need to program in sharepoint?
Will I need to create / customize a webservice?
What tables from the EPM side will I need to update with the actual
hours from the other system?

This is a complex and complicated process unless you have exactly the right
skills! The preferred solution is to use the API interface to Project Server
called PSI. The Project SDK has most of the information you will need.
