Is there a way to add or delete columns on the timesheet?

You can only edit the My Timesheet page to a very limited degree. In PWA,
click Server Settings - Manage Views and then open the My Timesheet view for
editing. What you see there is the list of available fields. If you have
installed the Infrastructure Update, you will also see the Remaining Work
field as an available field. However, even if you add this to the My
Timesheet view, your users will only be able to edit the Remaining Work
value if your organization uses the "Time entry by Timesheet only" option on
the Task Settings and Display page in PWA. Hope this helps.
