Ok i don't know wheter i am doing something wrong but i added a project
manager to the resource manager group and he can't view the list of all
approved timesheet.
May be i should rephrase my question how do i make a user who is not in the
project manager group view all approved timesheet by a timesheet manager.

Thanks

In the Resource Managers group, set View Resource Timesheet permission to
allow in the Global Permissions grid. Does this help? Let us know.

Hi Dale thanks for your response but i did exactly as you said and another
project manager can't view the approved timesheet of his resource(s).
However, if i sign in as the administrator, he can view all approved
timesheet only if i choose the 'Availabe timesheets to adjust' button in the
Timesheet Approvals' page. Please
what exactly 'am i not doing right

Are you using RBS to control access to resources, by chance? Let us know.

If you are using RBS to control access to resources, could RBS be limiting
the resources whose Timesheets the PM in question can see? If this is
indeed the case, you would need to create a custom Category and Group to
grant the PM access to the Timesheets of all resources. The custom Category
should use the "All current and future resources..." option in the Resources
section, and the custom Groups should be a copy of the Resource Managers
group, along with the "View Resource Timesheet" permission. Hope this
helps.

Hi Dale,
i have done exactly as you instructed. I created new custom group which an
exact copy of the resource manager group, also created the custom category
and i chose the option "All current and future resources...", but still
another PM can't view the timesheet approved by the Timesheet manager.

Please what 'am i doing wrong.

At this point I have no idea what's going on with your system. Perhaps
someone else has an idea for you. Sorry I can't be of more help.
