Timesheet row/field becomes read only

After updating my timesheet using PWA and changes being approved, I will open
the project using Project Pro. I make additional changes to other tasks in
Project Pro, save and republish the information. I go back into my timesheet
and the original updates are still present, but the fields I updated are now
read-only. Help??
