Timesheet Update

Hi

If a resource forget to update his/her timesheet. There should be a message
(You forgot to update your timesheet for *date/month/year*) that has to
popup at the time the

resource shutting down their system. We would like to make sure the
resources update their timesheet on a daily basis.

Can anybody please let me know how to make it possible or any suggestions on
this would be greatly appreciated.
