Timesheet update

Dear all,
I would like to ask about timesheet and task scenario.
Is there any problem if there is a scenario like this :
Task X assigned to resource A 4 Sept but the resource "add lines" that task
in timesheet period 24 - 29 Sept. Than he filled the actual task X in 24 Sept.
When the user tried to import the timesheet to my task, there was no such
task.
Than user tried to update my task. He changed starting date from 4 Sept
become 24 sept. He filled remaining duration by 0 and duration complete 100%.
He saved the task and the user imported the task to my timesheet.
But.. no plan updated in timesheet for task X that had been changed to 24
Sept.
Logically, the plan for that task should be moved to 24 Sept, shouldn't it?
