Timesheets in PWA 2003

Hello-

I have a resource set up as a project manager in the administrative settings. She does not have permissions to approve timesheets, however she is receiving notifications on the PWA home page that she has "resources that have unsubmitted timesheets" for a particular period, for another PMs project. Is there a setting I missed in the admin tab?
