Timesheets > Replace Actual with Planned - does not work?

On My Timesheets, Replace Actual with Planned - does not work?

I select the task on the timesheet, click 'replace actual with planned'
button and get the pop-up message and click ok, but it does not work. nothing
happens.
why?

This is a known bug after applying the Infrastructure Update. Although I
cannot confirm this, perhaps it is fixed in SP2. By the way, I noticed this
behavior immediately after applying the Infrastructure Update last summer.

Thanks Dale. I remember it working before and then recently when I tried it,
it was not. So, your note below does makes some sense. I will review what
SP2 has to offer for this.
