Timestamp

As far as I know Outlook only timestamps emails that are
sent over the Internet. My work team emails each other all
day long, but since we are in the same firewall our emails
don't get timestamped. Is there anyway to get the emails
to automatically show the date and time?

Thanks

You are correct that mail sent over the Internet is time stamped by the mail server, not Outlook. However, you should be able to see the sent and received times on your internal mail.

How do you have the columns in your mail folders arranged? Try adding the Sent and Received columns - these columns will show you the information about when the item was sent by your colleague and when you actually received it.

Or am I misunderstanding your question?

all emails should have the date and time - what mail server do you use
internally?
