TimeZone Stamp when replying or forwarding an email on Outlook

When forwarding or Replying an email, from diferent timezones, is almost
impossible to deteermine the real times for the emails on the thread. The
times should include the abbreviated time zone (GMT offset may be enough) to
be able to track times on a thread.
