Timezone

Does project server support timezone? let say am in Singapore and i published
my project. Do my poeple in UK see the date based on UK timezone or Singapore
timezone?

The users would see Singapore time. I've worked a few global
implementations, and have not found a way to neatly handle timezone
differences.
