Timing Out Application With Inactivity

I'd need to time out my MS Access dbase after 10 minutes of user inactivity. Does anyone have code built for this kind of thing already

Peter De Baets has a freeware example on doing this:

I've never used it, so can't comment on it's workability, but everything
else I've ever used from his site worked fine.
