tiny display, tiny print -- arrgghh!

This is probably dumb, but I've been looking and cannot find the
answer.

I'm running Office:Mac 2004 on Panther 10.3 and am having a problem
with Word. When I open up a new doc, it's tiny, filling only part of
the window. But, there's always Zoom. But then when I print, that's
half-size, too. Please, please advise.

Thanks, renard

The thing to check is whether the PAGE is small or whether the ZOOM is ...
"out??" Open a new doc and draw a box of known dimensions. Print and
measure. And when you print, check for a "zoom" or similar field. This may be
as simple as zoom on screen and another zoom factor when you print.
