Tip: so you don't have to save multiple files

E.G.

on the file menu...there is an option called versions,
you can save multiple versions of the work you are
currenlty doing... so you don't have to save multiple
documents, this comes in handy when you're not sure
whether you want to keep the new one or the old one... it
also saves space since it only saves the differences in
the versions and not different documents...

Saving versions is a way to (a) make your document file huge and (b) make it
more likely to corrupt.

Not to mention (c) being a source of embarrassment if you send the versioned
document to someone you'd rather didn't see your earlier attempts <g>
