Tips for bulk mailing (not spam)

I have an opt in list my people in my business. I'd like to hear what others
think is the most effective way to do this from Entourage -- or if it takes
other software please send me link for referrals, greatly appreciate it.

think is the most effective way to do this from Entourage -- or if it takes
other software please send me link for referrals, greatly appreciate it.

First, Entourage does not set a limit on the number of recipients. This is
done by your ISP and the number is usually 50. There is a script that will
split your contacts into smaller groups so that you can send from Entourage.

Split Recipients X (for Entourage X) 2.0 Freeware Author: Paul Berkowitz

This script will replicate messages into the number of copies needed to
comply with an ISP's maximum number of recipients allowed per outgoing
message.

You can also create your newsletter in Word, and use the Œmail merge to
email¹ function to send out a personalized copy of it to each recipient in
the Office/Entourage address book.

Isn't constant Contact though a place that send html mail for you on their
servers, ie, not through Entourage on your computer -- I'm open to that too.

PS Diane and others:
Which software do you all recommend? Have found any that towers above the
rest?

I think ideal would be one which could take a huge list and schedule 50 per
hour in middle of the night, no?
