I have a website that currently uses frames. I personally think that
frames are great in that once you create your banner, and navigation
pages, you can just focus on creating and updating content. However
the well known issues with search engines have made me want to try
redesigning my site sans frames.
So what I've done is recreated my index page using tables. I then use
this as a template (with the banner and navigation frames now in
tables) for all my other pages.
My question is this - is there a better way other than recreating the
banner and navigation 'pages' on every single page on my site?
I quickly looked at link bars, the help file says they can be embedded
in your page so you only have to create it once. Are they talking
about using Inline frames?
