Quoting Help: "The appearance of the Ribbon, which is part of the Microsoft
Office Fluent user interface, in the 2007 Microsoft Office system follows the
Office color scheme and the toolbars, buttons, menus, and dialog boxes in
Microsoft Office follow the Microsoft Windows desktop theme settings on your
computer. "

It ain't so. The title bar follows the office scheme, not windows, at least
in XP Pro (SP2).

This is a bug. Waiting for update.

The Windows Title bar is not an item in the list you quoted :) it's a part of the Office Fluent (odd name) user interface.

For Windows themed items such as thos on your list, in Word, for example, click on any of the dialog box launcher at the bottom of
the Home Tab Font group (small square at the bottom of a group of icons on the ribbon and the dialog box that appears should be in
your Windows theme.

In MS Office 2007 apps that haven't yet been ribboned the Windows theme should be followed throughout.
