title bar office xp 2003?

I need info concerning resizing title bar in OFFICE XP 2003. I was using the
accessibility wizard and somehow the title bar resized to about half its
normal size. No luck in resizing it or changing back to default setting.
Please help.

You have to go to control panel, accessibility options and undo it. Also set
the wizard to notify you of changes you make inadvertently. If you can't
figure out what you did, try a System Restore to yesterday before you made
the changes.

Thanks Mary,
I went into control panel then display and resized the title bar. After I
resized the title bar the taskbar resized and now the icons are big and
blurry. After that I tried system restore but it was turned off. The only
checkpoint I could get was after I turned it on, which did not help the
problem. If you have any advice I would truly appreciate it.
