Title bar/tool bar overlay problem

A problem I have with Excel X for Mac (and other office for Mac aps) is
that you can accidently drag the active window behind the toolbars so
that the title bar is hidden. It is then difficult to get control over
that window again if all of the title bar is hidden (indluding the
"traffic light" red, yellow, green buttons.

Is there a keyboard shortcut to align the window properly again or any
similar solution?

Thanks!

You can assign a keyboard shortcut to the Window/Arrange... command.
Alternatively, you can record a macro to position and size the active
window the way you want, then assign a keyboard shortcut to the macro.
