Title Labels on Y-axis of Line Chart Distorted

I just got new PC with Windows 2000 Professional and MSOffice 2000. The problem is that on this machine when I create Line chart in Excel or Power Point the Title Labels on Y-axis of Line Chart or any other chart are distorted, trunkated. It doen't happen on any other machines I tried. I loaded service pack 3 and it doesn't help. The title labels are rotated 90 digrees which I want.

When you refer to SP3 are you referring to Windows 2000 or Office 2000?
If not the latter, getting the latest Office Support Release may fix
the problem.
