Title Slide

I am in the midst of creating a powerpoint and need to change one slide. I need to remove a line that is on the slide master for only this one slide. The title master option is grayed out. How can I change one slide without manipulating the slide master?

Your template might not have a 'title master' and that's why it's grayed out.

View menu > masters > slide master

insert menu > insert new title master

Then apply the 'layout' called 'title layout' to your title slide.
