Titles and/or suffixes don't print on envelopes Outlook/Word 2007

I've created contacts in Outlook 2007. When I am in Word 2007, and click on
"Mailings", then "Envelopes", then choose a name from the Address Book, the
Title (Dr., Mr., Mrs., etc.) or suffix (Jr., III, etc.) do not print on the
envelopes. Any advice on how to get these two items to print??? Thanks.

The list of fields that you can use from the AddressBook (using the
addresslayout autotext) is explained at
http://www.gmayor.com/Macrobutton.htm

If you need the initial e.g. Mr. G. Mayor, then you will have to insert the
address using vba and that too is explained in that link.

It gets more complicated if you need the suffix as that is not one of the
available fields for this function. You may be able to cobble something
together using the DisplayName field or you could extract the extension from
the DisplayName field in vba and insert it along with the surname (though I
suspect you would need to know all the possible suffixes that exist in your
data file before working out whether a suffix exists in the displayname), or
you might consider mail merge

Fellow MVP Greg Maxey also has a function on his web site for inserting
addresses in Word 2007, based on an idea we had dscussed privately. It is
somewhat slower to use than InsertAddress or the macro on my web site, but
it could provide the extra flexibility you require - you will however have
to stretch your knowledge of vba to get it to work for you ;)
