When trying to respond to an e-mail using groupwise, I get
prompted to insert the Office CD. After some time i get
the message Cant find c:\winnt\system32\tlbinf32.dll. How
can I stop the prompt for the CD or get the tlbinf32.dll
issue resolved so that it can load whatever it is looking
for.

Under tools->options->other-> either add-in manager or COM add-ins, uncheck
the program that you recently uninstalled. Otherwise, close Outlook, rename
extend.dat to .old and then reopen Outlook.

do you mean tools on outlook? What we had done was to
upgrade from office 97 to office 2000. We have not
configured outlook since we do not use it.
