Hello,
I am running a Win2K Active Directory network with about
50 Windows XP Pro workstations attached. I am also using
Office XP Pro. My problem is this, i have so co-workers
that create daily spreadsheets using Excel. They then
save these sheets to a network drive that all of the
members of that particular department have access to.
When they save the files there a bunch of tmp files are
created. They have also noticed that sometimes, if they
open a file to make changes to it, the changes are saved
to a tmp file but not the original file. Any idea why
this may be happening and how to stop it?
Thanks for your time.
