.tmp files problem in publishing

I am publishing a site that I had up on another server. I have the site on
my harddrive and also on DVD. I am about 1/2 way through publishing and
suddenly all my files are being rejected as unreadable and .tmp files. I
tried both the harddrive and the DVD files same result. I am running Windows
XP Pro and FP 2002. Can anyone shed some light I have about a gig and a half
of information I can't move.

I have 5 gig available on the site so room is not the issue.

What is the exact error message?

Errors involving .tmp files usually indicate a space problem - either the
destination hard disc is full, or the account has insufficient space
(including space for FrontPage to work in).
