Hello guys

My problem is that when i close a word file, the .tmp file stay on hdd.
Please i'm fed up to remove them again and again. Can you tell me reasons of
this "bug" (if it's a bug) ?

Thank you very much for your answers...

Temp files created by copy/paste functions (Office clipboard) will hang
around until you close Word (and Outlook). [If you use Office prior to
Office 2007 and have Outlook with Word as the editor, then Word doesn't
actually close until both Word and Outlook are closed.] The temp locking
file should go when you close the document. But note that you must have FULL
permissions enabled in both the user temp folder and in the document storage
folder or the temp files will not be removed. Also, if you have a crash, the
temp files will be abandoned.
