TMP files

Word doesn't delete the TMP files after it is done
processing a document (saving etc).

Why does it happend? According to Microsoft Knowledge
Base Article - 211632 it should do it automatically.

Does anyone have any idea?

Are the files deleted when you close the document? When you quit Word?
