To add menu item in the context menu of outlook which appeared when you right click on the mail item

What version of Outlook? You can only do it as a hack for an Inspector if
the user is using WordMail and it's an email item and only for Outlook 2003
and earlier. Otherwise it can't be done at all. For WordMail you have to use
the Word object model and get the CommandBars collection for that Word
document.
