'To' and 'CC' addresses within same mailing list

Is it possible to create a mailing list with both 'To' and 'CC' addresses in
the same list? I can't seem to work out how to do this!!!!

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. A mailing list (Distribution list)
is a list of names and e-mail addresses that exists in your Contacts Folder.
Whether you put it in the To: or CC: fields is determined at the time you
send the message, not when you create the list.

That is what I thought. I was just wondering if there was some 'secret' way
of determining the fields at time of creation, rather than at sending.
